Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our JavaScript-based web applications. Web Developer responsibilities include building our web apps from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years minimum experience in web programming
- Expert in modern OO JavaScript
- Expert in at least one modern JavaScript library (e.g. Angular, jQuery, etc.)
- Expert in modern HTML/CSS
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with visual details
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, ajax, and best development practices
- Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
- Expert in at least one server-side language such as Java, Ruby, or Python. Rails strongly preferred.
- Experience building JavaScript SDKs or open source projects is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
- BS in computer science or a related field
