Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic and creative Director, Managed Learning Services – Sales & Business Development to join our team. This role combines consultative selling, strategic account leadership, and thought leadership to expand our learning services portfolio and market footprint.
Requirements
- 10+ years in the training development services industry
- 5+ years in consulting services, sales, and delivery
- 3-5 years application-based training background
- Track of significant deal size $1M+
- 5+ years in the ERP (SAP preference) training services space preferred
- Deep understanding of learning operations, digital learning technologies, and managed services delivery models
- Executive level communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen, financial modeling, and proposal development expertise
- Experience working with clients implementing major enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM, etc.) is strongly preferred
