Principal Consultant, Digital Sourcing Solution-1099/Contractor – Toronto, Canada

This is a 1099/Contract position with the potential for contract-to-hire. The Principal Consultant will assist with projects, facilitate client needs, and lead client strategy and IT assessment projects related to specific technologies, IT architecture, process, and design. The role requires excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and synthesize conversations, business solutions, and effectively communicate at all levels of corporate organizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry, sourcing, or managed services consulting
• 8+ years participating in large, complex and/or multiple smaller to medium projects simultaneously
• 5+ years in IT Management, working in a technical delivery role
• Subject Matter Expert with deep operational and/or technical knowledge in at least 2 of the following subjects: Enterprise Agility, Cloud Architecture and Design, Cloud Computing, Applications and Infrastructure Virtualization, Applications Rationalization and Modernization, Analytics, IOT, Automation, Enterprise Architecture, Applications Development, Maintenance, and Support, Data Center Operations, Managed Network Services, Workplace Services, Service Desk, or Technology Modernization
• Expert knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications and tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and MS Outlook
