The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service, ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. This position requires flexibility and strong guest service skills.
Requirements
- Cooking and assembling the breakfast service before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter
- Ensuring the breakfast service space remains well-stocked at all times
- Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables
- Receiving beverage orders and directing them to the kitchen, as needed
- Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service
- Ensuring a wonderful experience from beginning to end while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness
