Cook

Join our team as a Cook and dazzle our guests with your culinary skills. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work well in stressful situations.

Requirements

• Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel
• Ensure the kitchen remains well-stocked at all times
• Receiving food and beverage orders as needed
• Follow provided brand and IHM recipes when cooking food to serve guests
• Preparing and plating all food items on the menu
• Using hot food preparation machines such as ovens, stoves, and microwaves to cook or heat food
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service
