Assist in all food and beverage operations on property, including data entry, inventory control, and customer service.
Requirements
- Provide data entry of all food and beverage inventory numbers each month
- Maintain current menus within the database and update pricing as directed
- Ensure all state and county Health Department licenses and signage is posted
- Provide data entry of price adjustments and perform daily audits
- Assist with ordering and inventory control
- Maintain excellent knowledge of POS system
- Work with vendors to ensure proper billing procedures
- Ensure pricing is properly marked on all food and retail products
- Assist with displays and sets in the restaurant and retail areas of the resort
