Requirements
- Coordinate team member selection and development and ensure team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures
- Track sales and other key metrics to understand and drive all financial goals and objectives
- Manage individual banks for each F&B facility
- Collect, reconcile, and deposit individual reports and monies daily
- Ensure positive guest service while responding to complaints quickly and effectively
- Ensure invoices are checked against deliveries and forwarded with money and receipts to the office daily
- Perform shift opening/closing duties, including starting/cleaning equipment, general food preparation, reporting malfunctions to the manager, ensuring equipment is in proper working order and all operations are running smoothly
- Maintain kitchen and cooking areas and ensure kitchen equipment and food storage areas are clean, sanitary, and organized as required by the Health Department Rules and Regulations
- Create a fun, safe, and rewarding work environment for team members and an open line of communication with staff
- Prepare food ordered by customers using a variety of kitchen equipment (i.e. grills, ovens, fryers, meat slivers, food processors, etc.)
- Ensure quality control in both the front and back of the house via the proper recipes and preparation methods
- Guarantee proper food safety and cleanliness standards are always observed
- Report any kitchen equipment or maintenance issue to the Food & Beverage Manager and/or Maintenance department
