Guest Services Coordinator

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will cover routine office/clerical responsibilities, interact with guests, and serve as the face of the resort.

• Greet and establish rapport with guests
• Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints
• Perform general administrative duties
• Maintain resort records and reports
• Prepare and distribute resort communications
• Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked
