Maintenance Tech

Island Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Tech to inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will be thorough, practical, and detail-oriented, working both independently and on a team. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to excellent guest service. The company prioritizes employee development with a formalized training program.

Requirements

• Recognize potential safety hazards and report them to supervisors.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet, and tile maintenance and repairs.
• Complete painting, roof repairs, and exterior projects.
• Check stocking levels of consumables and replace when needed.
• Prepares all necessary reports during each shift.
• Respond to emergency situations during inclement weather.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures.
