Requirements

• Independently deliver high-quality quantitative RTPCR production, including nucleic acid extraction for diverse stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting, data analysis, and maintaining accuracy using standard software tools.
• Execute a variety of next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation protocols to support RNA and DNA workflows — both manual and automated — with precision and consistency.
• Proactively track and document all work through multiple LIMS and automation systems, maintaining clear, timely, and professional communication with team members and lab operations support.
• Contribute to a respectful and productive team culture, demonstrating sound judgment, adaptability, and accountability in ALL aspects of laboratory work.
