Project Manager

Project Managers are responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating construction projects. This role involves budget management, schedule adherence, cost control, vendor management, and effective communication with stakeholders. They are dynamic individuals who maintain project performance and are strong communicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of work experience as a Project Manager in commercial/industrial construction
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive client focus
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Vista, P6 Scheduling, Timberline estimating, Procore)
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with good driving record
