Sr Project Manager Construction

The company is seeking a Sr Project Manager in Construction for a long-term, hybrid contract. This role involves managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on technology integration, engineering deployments, and stakeholder collaboration. Candidates should have experience with Transportation facilities and Operations command centres.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience on large-scale construction and redevelopment projects.
• Knowledge of the Technology Design and Deployment lifecycle aligning with Architectural and Engineering Construction.
• Experience managing Engineering design and deployment of technology infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple technologies such as Audio/Visual systems, Content Management Systems, and Video Surveillance Systems.
• Professional demeanour with strong project management, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the PMBOK; PMP Certification is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
