This role involves developing and applying cutting-edge peptide design platforms, leading a multidisciplinary team, and driving projects towards the clinic. The team focuses on protein-challenging problems in drug discovery, collaborating with both AI/ML and Drug Design teams.

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry, or a related technical field
• 5+ years’ professional experience in a Chemistry role
• Practical experience in designing and synthesizing therapeutic peptides
• Experience leading a high-performing team
• Coding skills in Python (or willingness to learn)
• Passion for AI/ML applications in drug design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
