Senior Internal Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Internal Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain ISOutsource’s internal infrastructure, including servers, networking, virtualization platforms, and endpoint systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of professional experience in systems or infrastructure engineering
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our office, as well as for other local travel as needed
• Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
• Composure and professionalism under pressure, maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and focus in fast-paced or time-sensitive situations
• Demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining Windows and Linux operating systems, network infrastructure, and virtualization platforms
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory
• Experience with enterprise backup, recovery, and system performance-monitoring tools
• Proficiency with PowerShell and other automation or scripting tools
• In-depth understanding of vulnerability management, malware remediation, and secure configuration practices
• Ability to plan, design, and implement IT systems that meet operational and security objectives
• Experience with system analysis, capacity planning, and documentation best practices
• Industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent (current or in progress) preferred
