Brazil - Boarding Agent, Maritime Ship Agent (Operations Representative)

We are seeking an experienced Operations Representative (Boarding Agent) to provide logistics service to our Principals and ensure the safe and smooth turnaround of all appointed vessels within the jurisdiction of the port office.

Requirements

• Determining berth availability and communicating with ship captains and Principals
• Providing pre-arrival lists of required items for port entry
• Contacting local river pilots or bar pilots associations
• Assisting with crew lodgings, travel and transportation
• Coordinating sailing arrangements and updating arrival details
• Ensuring accurate and timely updates of systems
• Following internal and external procedures to ensure compliance with ISS standards, customer standards and legal requirements
