Job Description
ISS STOXX is seeking a pool of talented and self-motivated research interns for the winter/spring of 2026. As an Executive Compensation Analyst, you will become an integral part of the Data Operations team, helping deliver data and research on compensation systems of executives and management board members of listed companies in Europe.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian (both spoken and written)
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Law, or in the process of obtaining such a degree
- Interest in corporate governance, executive compensation, capital markets, research and data collection
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to assimilate large quantities of information, work independently and take initiative while also being a team player
- Organized and structured mind
