Primary Market Research Analyst

ISS Market Intelligence is looking for an experienced Primary Market Research Analyst to join the Mumbai based Research team in support of our U.S. Research business. The Analyst will manage the data collection process, review and interpret data, and support the Project Manager in preparing final reporting results.

Requirements

• Manage the data collection process of sending survey requests to all participating clients
• Review, interpret, and finalize Data Operations QA results for all client survey submissions
• Own outreach to client data contacts to collect survey submissions and effectively communicate data issues
• Support Project Manager in preparing final reporting process of results using reporting portal, SPSS, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
