Requirements
- Highly knowledgeable in the areas of executive compensation governance and related company disclosures
- Financial analysis and or equity analysis skills and expertise
- Ability to explain complex compensation issues to clients and staff
- Ability to understand and work with compensation modeling programs
- Demonstrated familiarity with U.S. executive compensation issues
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills
- Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
