Senior Business Analyst – Research Operations

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our global Research Team. The Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between the Research team and the Technical Development team, leading the implementation of operational assessments and conducting functional requirements analysis.

Requirements

• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, storyboards, business process description, use cases, scenario, event lists, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis
• Represent requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, scenarios, or process flows
• Analyze and map business processes (As Is / Should Be)
• Create swim lane diagrams and business process models
• Analyze processes and data to identify gaps or perform processes/ data mapping, coordinate the revalidation, track requests for updates and apply changes where necessary
• Produce UI mockup screens, write use cases and document user acceptance criteria for each requirement
• Lead requirements review sessions to ensure clarity, participate in requirements prioritization, manage traceability of information and track status throughout the project
• Support quality assurance team with functional testing and the tracking of defects
• Assist project managers with the development of project charters and project plans as necessary
