Pest Control Technician (No Experience Needed - We Train You)

We're looking for a reliable and customer-facing Pest Control Technician to run a daily route and visit homes across King County, working in all weather conditions and applying treatment safely and correctly. No experience is needed, and we'll provide training and support to obtain a Washington State license.

Requirements

• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Comfortable working with customers
• Willing to learn and take ownership over time
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 21 years or older
• Able to lift, carry, crawl, and work on ladders and in tight spaces
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable working around insects, rodents, and pest control materials
• Able to work independently and manage a daily route without supervision
• Strong in-person communication skills with customers
