The Citizen Engagement Digital Manager leads strategic digital organizing efforts that strengthen supporter engagement and drive measurable campaign impact. This role is responsible for designing and executing digital strategies that mobilize supporters, grow online communities, and convert engagement into action across Issue One’s campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital organizing or digital campaigning in nonprofit, advocacy, political, or movement settings, including serving as a manager or strategist.
- Demonstrated success running digital programs that drive measurable organizing outcomes such as signups, turnout, or fundraising.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce fast, persuasive digital content.
- Proficiency with major digital platforms, including email CRMs, social scheduling tools, peer-to-peer texting platforms, action tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-moving environments.
