Engineering Manager

We're building the internal backbone that enables 15+ engineering teams to ship faster, smarter, and at scale. We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a platform team focused on creating backend infrastructure and internal developer tooling with a view to support cutting-edge data workflows and next-gen AI integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years of engineering leadership or team management experience.
• Strong technical foundation in Kubernetes, backend development (Java/Spring), RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building internal platforms, tooling, or services used by multiple engineering teams.
• Familiarity with application architecture, distributed systems, and platform reliability best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
