Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

This is a full-time, hybrid Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) position within a data solutions company. The role involves driving a shift-left testing approach, designing test frameworks, managing test data, collaborating with developers, and continuously improving testing practices. The SDET will be a key contributor to the company's overall product quality and delivery of impactful solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Reviewing requirement specifications and user stories.
• Designing, developing and executing automation scripts.
• Working on continuous integration and automated testing.
• Identifying and documenting issues.
• Collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
• Taking part in exploratory testing and design sessions.
• Understanding the domain and testing holistically.
• Mentoring and coaching team members.
