Job Description
IT Partners is seeking a highly experienced Navy ERP subject matter expert to support the Department of the Navy’s strategic initiative for sustaining current ERP implementation and migrating to SAP S4/HANA. The role focuses on leading change management, providing expert guidance, and engaging with senior leadership to drive financial transformation and strategic planning. The expert will be critical to the Navy’s financial performance and the success of the initiative.
Requirements
- Lead change management processes for Navy ERP transformation initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Navy ERP, financial management, federal accounting, and supply chain.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to define strategic direction and drive decision-making.
- Support audit response and remediation efforts, internal controls, and financial process improvements.
- Validate financial datasets and support reconciliation efforts.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend process changes.
