Job Description
ITA International is seeking a Client Support Administrator to join the team in Jordan. The position will work directly with the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron performing Base Security Operations and Support services at various locations in the Middle East and the United States. The candidate will be responsible for managing system backups, performing crash recoveries, and ensuring system integrity, as well as providing technical support and routine maintenance for various office automation applications.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in computer systems administration support
- DoDD 8570 Technical Compliant IAT Level II certification
- Proficiency in SharePoint Administration functions
- Proficiency in DoD Network Account creation process
- Proficiency in non-secure and secure internet protocol network and equipment operations
- A current state and Government Driver’s License
- DoD approved SECRET security clearance
