Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) positions available at Italian Home for Children. The BCBA provides and oversees trauma-informed behavior-based interventions, assesses and treats maladaptive behaviors, and develops individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include establishing individualized data collection and behavior analysis for assigned clients, providing clinical oversight and staff training, and working directly with children who exhibit aggressive and self-injurious behavior.
