ITC Defense is seeking a full-time Senior Management Systems Analyst to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics operations within the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). The Senior Management Systems Analyst will serve as the SYSCOM Security Cooperation Office’s International Programs Communications Lead and supports a government program manager and provides procedure, continuity, expertise, and products that communicate the SSCO’s mission and scope to both stakeholders and the workforce.
Requirements
- Support Agile development activities, including sprint planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Gather and translate business and technical requirements into clear functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Design and implement customized SharePoint solutions such as web parts, dashboards, lists, and libraries to support logistics operations.
- Automate workflows and processes using tools like SharePoint Designer and Power Automate to improve efficiency.
- Serve as the main point of contact between users and the development team, providing updates and collecting feedback.
- Assist with data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Perform user acceptance testing, document results, and coordinate fixes or updates.
- Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials; conduct training to support new system adoption.
- Stay current with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and related technologies through ongoing learning.
- Partners with logistics, IT, and program management teams to align technical solutions with overall program goals.
- Creates external facing and internal facing articles and news posts with the intention of disseminating information, news and International Program mission to the SSCO community and across the NAVAIR.
- Primary Point of Contact (POC) for permissions, access, file maintenance, development, co-development, and audits across several NAVAIR SSCO sites.
- Ensure SSCO Briefing templates both standard and expanded are up to date and posted on the Matrix and MS Teams, to include SSCO organizational charts, lists, and templates.
- Maintains the NAVAIR SSCO Awards and Certificates Program.
- Ensures SSCO Briefing templates both standard and expanded are up to date and posted on the Matrix and Teams.
- Creates electronic visual displays within the SSCO Office for dissemination to the visual team.
- Liaison to the NAVAIR Command Communications Team (PAO).
