Junior Technical Recruitment Consultant

Provide full administrative support to the team, manage recruitment activity, and build strong working relationships with all parties.

Requirements

• Experience working in a busy administration role with conflicting deadlines
• Experience working in a recruitment administration role is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to pick up new systems easily, accustomed to working digitally using different systems
• Strong organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Strong communication skills, confident telephone manner for candidate communication
• Ability to prioritize workloads and use initiative when making decisions
• Ability to work in an accurate and timely manner
