Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, building relationships with internal stakeholders, and contributing to the company's cultural initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, social media, and experience working with recruitment tools.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate / Grade 12
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in recruitment
- Social Media recruitment experience
- Experience working with recruitment tools e.g., LinkedIn
- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- APSO registration and certification (highly advantageous)
- HR Qualification (highly advantageous)
