Job Description
ITRS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Uptrends product line, its cloud-based Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) solution. This role involves shaping a product that helps businesses enhance IT performance and customer experience, working from London HQ with hybrid remote/in-office work. The product will focus on core DEM capabilities such as RUM, STM, and real-time alerting.
Requirements
- Develop product strategy for Uptrends, aligning with ITRS's commercial goals.
- Lead feature definition and prioritization around SaaS application performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into stories.
- Drive innovation around optional DEM capabilities (thick client, mobile SDK, APM integrations).
- Support go-to-market activities and sales enablement.
