General Manager

ITS Logistics has an immediate opening for a Warehouse General Manager at our facility located in Whitestown, IN. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including people management, inventory integrity, order fulfillment, and the movement of goods in and out of the distribution center.

Requirements

• Responsible for oversight of all functions in the Distribution Center
• Supports all human resource related activities
• Create a culture that promotes ITS’ shared values
• Work directly with clients to effectively plan and forecast future business activity
• Own the client / customer relationship
• Own your P&L along with monitoring and operating capital budgeting
• Lead all organizational development efforts
• Coordinate and execute programs focused on continuous process improvement
