Product Manager Connectors

The Product Manager Connectors role is responsible for the profitable expansion of assigned product lines, growing ITT Connectors opportunity funnel, market share, and revenues while improving reach to new customers and projects.

Requirements

• Economic and/or technical background, preferred with a Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree
• 3+ years of product-related or technical experience in technical businesses (ideally connectors)
• Strong understanding of connector technologies for harsh environment applications
• Experience in working with cross functional teams to develop pricing and proposals
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and global employees
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with business plans
• Strong ability to present technically complex concepts in a way to foster understanding and acknowledgement of critical information
• Customer-facing skills
• Ability to travel periodically (up to 30%)
• The proficiency with MS Office is required
