They are seeking an Implementation Lead to support the implementation of their buyer solution, including client configuration, data analysis, and partner collaboration. Requirements
- Prepare and lead workshops with clients/partners.
- Analyze customer needs and identify discrepancies with the solution.
- Participate in prototyping phases.
- Configure Ivalua Buyer solution.
- Ensure quality of configuration.
- Support client/partner on user review phases.
- Conduct follow-up and qualification of client/partner requests.
- Maintain user adoption
- Take on Office Manager role
