Requirements
- Minimum of two years telephonic or call center experience in customer service-related position
- Strong grasp of the English and Spanish languages, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task
- Basic computer skills
- Pleasant phone presence with the ability to build rapport with clients
