Adjunct-Medical Assisting

Adjunct Faculty responsible for teaching medical assisting courses at Ivy Tech Community College. Must have experience as a medical assistant or RN/LPN and current professional certification.

Requirements

• Earned associate degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution
• 2-years of direct work experience as a medical assistant or as an RN or LPN in an ambulatory care setting
• Current professional certification in the field (CMA, CCMA, or RMA)
• Completed academic preparation appropriate to the course being taught
