We're looking for a leader for the Commercial part of the Broker team to grow the channel and empower the Relationship Management and Ops parts of the team. You will be responsible for a proactive, data-driven approach to growing the channel and empowering the Relationship Management and Ops parts of the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a strategy or commercial role, either at a top-tier consultancy or within a tech or finance company.
- An analytical mindset with a strong academic background, such as a STEM degree, and a history of applying this expertise in a professional setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to challenge the status quo and propose innovative, well-thought-out solutions.
- A proven ability to acquire and grow commercial relationships, consistently hitting ambitious growth targets that drive an increase in gross profit and ROI.
- A 'doer' who is not only a great strategist but also comfortable with hands-on implementation, working across the business to bring projects to fruition.
- A flair for turning complex data into actionable insights using business analytics tools like Looker or Tableau.
