Lead Product Manager - Mobile App

iwoca is seeking a Lead Product Manager to create, launch, and scale its dedicated mobile application, defining the future of customer experience and leading a high-performing mobile app development team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years focused specifically on native mobile app development (iOS and/or Android).
• Demonstrable experience launching a mobile application from concept to market.
• Proven leadership experience in hiring, building, and leading a cross-functional product or engineering team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, analyse data, and draw actionable conclusions to drive product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting complex roadmaps to executive leadership.
