We’re looking for a People Strategy Analyst to join the People team at iwoca, a fintech innovator that empowers small businesses with financial tools. The role involves leveraging people data and analytics skills to help the team succeed in their mission.
Requirements
- Experience working in a top-tier strategy consultancy or a strategic role at a tech or finance company
- Strong analytical skills, experience or interest in learning Python or SQL
- A statistical mindset; able to design and run tests, measure significance and understand the limitations of any analysis
- Proven ability or a strong desire to implement findings from your analysis
- A natural curiosity to spot, break down, and resolve problems
- Ability to distill complex information into key points so that it is succinct and engaging in both written and verbal forms
- A team player with a balance of confidence, humility, and enthusiasm
- High levels of personal integrity, given your exposure to sensitive data and projects
- Experience or interest in developing People/HR strategy
- Passionate about helping small businesses thrive—belief in our mission is important!
