Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team at IXON, responsible for coaching and facilitating high-performing Scrum teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- Scrum PSM I certificate (PSM II or III is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Affinity with technology and software development
- Experience working in an international (remote) environment is a plus
