Office Operations Associate

The purpose of this position is to process client requests for Driver Qualifications services in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves auditing driver qualification documents and drug & alcohol information, working with Compliance Advisors, and maintaining knowledge of relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Experience/Education: General Education Degree, 1+ years of experience in administrative or operational support
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong detail orientation
• Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Must be proficient in the use of a PC and have the ability to navigate between multiple screens and computer programs
