Engine and Power Systems Training Instructor

The Engine and Power Systems Training Instructor provides high quality customer experience by developing and conducting training programs on various Caterpillar applications, systems, and operations.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree in business or related field or comparable industry/product experience
• 5-10 years’ experience with Caterpillar Large Engine and Power systems Trouble shoot repair and maintenance.
• Preferred Caterpillar/Regional training courses completed Cat Electric Power, G3600, and G3500 engines
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to design training courses from ground up based on employee and customer needs
• Excellent instruction capabilities – ability to transfer knowledge to others
