The Sales Manager Energy Storage Solutions is responsible for driving localized business development and market expansion for battery energy storage solutions in France, and owns the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure and payment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales of ESS, PCS, EMS, or related energy storage solutions
- Proven experience managing ESS projects independently across the full project lifecycle
- Strong understanding of ESS architecture and ability to interpret technical specifications
- Solid knowledge of international trade practices
- English & French: C1 (professional working proficiency)
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage opportunities from lead generation to payment collection
- High level of execution focus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to regulatory, subsidy, and grid-code changes in the region
- Resilience and flexibility to operate under high travel intensity and multicultural settings
