The Sales Manager ESS/PV - Northern Europe role is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and PV modules in the Northern European market.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the PV and/or ESS industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of PV and energy storage market dynamics and policies in Northern European countries
- English: C1 (professional working proficiency); Northern European language: C1 (professional working proficiency)
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills across complex technical solutions
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build long-term partnerships
- Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented
- Strong communicationand cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a matrix organisation
