Equipment Technician III

Jabil is seeking an Equipment Technician III to work in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with electro-mechanical equipment and a strong understanding of troubleshooting and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• Calibrate equipment using test and diagnostic equipment
• Communicate with equipment suppliers
• Maintain data to develop process improvement initiatives
• May assist in the development of work procedures
• May source and purchase equipment parts
• May maintain and store backup information for critical production equipment software systems
• May make recommendations regarding new or replacement equipment
• May train employees in operation of machinery
• May work overtime or be on-call
