Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Principal Engineer with a strong focus on Surface Mount Technology (SMT). This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our SMT production lines, driving continuous improvement, and supporting cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Provide technical support to SMT production lines, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Guide the engineers with troubleshoot SMT equipment
- Collaborate in stencil design and process optimization
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Lead and mentor a team of at least 10 engineers
- Apply basic financial knowledge to support cost-effective solutions
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to improve production efficiency and quality
