Production Supervisor

As a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you will lead the Machine Support group to ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management
• Hands-on experience with Surface Mount Technologies (SMT) and Thru-hole equipment
• Knowledge of process optimization, SPC, DFM, DFT, Demand Flow Technology, and DOE methodologies
• Familiarity with engineering disciplines including chemistry, mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering as they relate to surface mount and final assembly
