Recruitment Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Supervisor to lead, enhance, and manage our end-to-end recruitment processes and tools. This role is pivotal in building a high-performing talent acquisition function that supports our business growth and workforce/capacity planning needs for Vietnam.

Requirements

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Vietnam recruitment team
• Provide strategic and hands-on support to recruiters
• Partner with site and business leaders to understand workforce needs
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Continuously improve recruitment tools, systems, and practices
• Plan universities/technical college outreach events
• Develop employer branding campaigns
• Perform other related duties as assigned
