Test Engineer

Join our engineering team as a Test Engineer, where you'll help ensure our electronic products are reliable, high-quality, and ready for production. You’ll collaborate with design, manufacturing, and customer teams to develop and improve testing processes, troubleshoot issues, and support quality assurance from concept to launch.

Requirements

• Review circuit board designs to ensure they meet testability requirements.
• Support manufacturing teams by analyzing failures, debugging test equipment, and reducing downtime.
• Recommend and document testing procedures from product design through initial production.
• Analyze test data and generate reports to guide engineering and management decisions.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve test equipment and product return issues.
• Design and oversee the creation of test tools and control systems.
• Coordinate the setup, calibration, and maintenance of test instruments and devices.
• Plan and execute test operations, including performance and functionality checks.
• Use software and hardware tools to run automated and manual tests on machinery and equipment.
• Train production staff on new testing procedures and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company security policies.
• Follow internal standards including ISO and QS quality frameworks.
