Job Description
The HRIS Analyst will provide analysis, research, and design recommendations for HR systems, and partner with various departments to ensure compliance and effective use of HRIS data.
Requirements
- Researches, collects and analyzes data related to HR systems
- Analyzes and provides advice, recommendations and proposes improvements based on research and findings
- Monitors compliance of Sarbanes Oxley requirements
- Prepares and analyzes reports generated from HCM Systems
- Develops and maintains detailed project plans
- Generates ad-hoc reports from detailed information
