CVO Privileging Specialist

LocumTenens.com is a leading healthcare staffing company seeking a CVO Privileging Specialist to provide privileging and licensing support to clients, facilities, boards, and clinicians. The role involves validating and reviewing professional qualifications to meet NCQA and LT standards and client business models.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of related experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Working knowledge of PDF editing software
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
• Ability to build relationships at all levels - internally and externally
• Strong customer service mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills - both oral and written
• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
